Jessie is beautiful and smart. Funny and kind, easy to talk to and everything else that gives a girl butterflies.

 

But Jessie is in love with someone else.

 

Jessie is good and sometimes cheating doesn’t seem so bad. But where do you draw the line? Most importantly, who draws the line once the limerence has taken hold?

 

The play explores the truth behind right and wrong, the complexity of love and the choices in the lives of three young women. Limerence takes the audience on a powerful, heartfelt journey – relatable to everyone who has ever been in love. The play combines traditional and experimental styles of theatre to create an emotional love story with a twist.

 

Limerence is inspired by true life experiences. It was devised by the talented young female cast and directed by Holly Richards. This play is something fresh from Minotaur Theatre Company.
